Opportunities to Memorialize and Honor Your Loved Ones

For all of life’s celebrations and sorrows, our beautiful Synagogue provides many meaningful opportunities to arrange dedications in honor of or in memory of those close to your heart.

Plaque opportunities available:

  • Yahrzeit Wall $540

    • Yahrzeit is a Yiddish word meaning the anniversary of a death. Traditional memorial plaques are dedicated during the first Yizkor service after installation. During the service, loved ones’ names will be read and memorial lights will be lit throughout the yahrzeit month.

  • Tree of Life $324

    • Tree of Life plaques honor and celebrate our members. Memorialize a b’nai mitzvah, graduation, marriage, or a special person in your life.

  • Jerusalem Stone Wall of Honor $10,000 minimum donation

    • These special opportunities honor members who have made a substantial financial contribution to North Tahoe Hebrew Congregation. Donors may include a meaningful inscription along with their names. Please contact us to learn more.
