Burial Plots at Sierra Mountain Cemetary in Truckee

North Tahoe Hebrew Congregation has a section within the Sierra Mountain Cemetery in Truckee with a limited number of available burial plots. If you are interested in securing a burial plot or finding out more information, contact our administrator, Holly, at holly@tbytahoe.org.

  • A single burial plot is $3,000 FOR NTHC MEMBERS, which includes the $500 perpetual care endowment fee

  • A single burial plot is $5,000 FOR NON-MEMBERS, which includes the $500 perpetual care endowment fee

  • Each plot can accommodate two caskets or four cremations

    • If there will be multiple internments in a plot, this needs to be communicated with the first internment at the specified plot. This is because they will need to place the burial at a certain depth to accommodate the selected option
